Amanda Bynes Instastoried a video of herself on Tuesday flaunting her tummy in a grey sports bra, black track pants, and white sneakers while listening to Travis Scott's 2018 song Butterfly Effect.
The 38-year-old former Nickelodeon star - who boasts 458K followers - has wiped her entire Instagram wall and she only follows 76 accounts including rappers Drake and Ty Dolla $ign as well as Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom actor Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
Amanda is currently on a weight-loss journey to get back her 110lb frame from her early aughts hey-day as a working actress.
'I've gained over 20lbs in the past few months from being depressed,' Bynes wrote March 28 via Instastory.
'I'm doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don't feel like working out or eating clean. I weigh 162lbs right now and want to get back to 110lbs.'

In 2018, the retired SAG Award nominee told Paper she was fully 'abusing Adderall' - which she called 'the new skinny pill' - in 2006 to maintain her svelte 5ft7in frame.
Her mirror selfie came the same day her former All That co-star Lori Beth Denberg spoke out about witnessing their former boss Dan Schneider overworking a 'tired and gaunt' Amanda as a 13-year-old on the set of her 1999 spin-off, The Amanda Show.
The 48-year-old Good Burger 2 actress recalled to Business Insider how she was banned from the set after warning the 58-year-old Emmy-nominated showrunner not to 'change the little girl's lines on the spot' and he sternly replied: 'I can do whatever I want.'
'I felt like I tried to help her — to help Amanda, and couldn't,' Lori said.
Denberg also accused Dan - who left Nickelodeon in 2018 - of showing her pornography, sexual assault, and engaging in phone sex with her while she acted in his Nickelodeon sketch comedy series from 1994-1998 - all of which he denied.
Schneider pointed out the Business Insider reporter Kate Taylor was also an executive producer on Investigative Discovery's explosive four-part docuseries Quiet On Set: The Dark Side Of Kids TV, which he filed a defamation lawsuit against last week.
'As I have previously stated, there were times, particularly in the early years of my career, that I made mistakes and exhibited poor judgment as a leader,' Dan told Business Insider on Tuesday.
'If I did that with respect to Lori Beth, I sincerely apologize to her. But I cannot apologize for things I did not do.'

Dan - who left Nickelodeon in 2018 - famously joined Bynes in a hot tub for an Amanda Show segment, tried to get her to emancipate from her parents Rick and Lynn Bynes, and was accused of overall inappropriate behavior by many former Nickelodeon actors

Amanda's nine-year legal conservatorship controlled by her mother (R, pictured in 2004) ended in 2022, but she was hospitalized at a psychiatric treatment facility from March 20, 2023 to June 30, 2023 after spending four straight days wandering the LA streets in a manic state
Schneider is suing the creators Mary Robertson and Emma Schwartz, Warner Bros. Discovery, Maxine Productions, Sony Pictures Television, and more for falsely implying he sexually abused child actors who worked on his shows.

Bynes was previously hospitalized in 2013 following a public meltdown involving a string of bizarre run-ins with the law dating back to 2012, including two hit-and-runs and two DUIs.
The V Beauty Pure paid partner - who earned an associate degree from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in 2019 - is currently pursuing her manicurist license after recording just one episode of a podcast on December 11 with Paul Sieminski.
'We are not able to get the type of guests that I'd like on the show, say like Jack Harlow, or Drake, or Post Malone,' Amanda explained on December 17 via TikTok.
'So maybe one day if we're able to get those types of guests we will resume the podcast. But for now I'm taking a pause on it.'
